Due to the nature of small-batch, handmade ceramics, all sales are considered final. I do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind. Please take the time to review all product photos, descriptions, and dimensions before placing your order to ensure the piece is right for you.

Shipping & Breakage Policy

I take extreme care in packaging your pottery to ensure it arrives safely. However, once the package is in the hands of the shipping carrier, its journey is outside of my control.

• Shipping Insurance: To protect your investment against loss or damage during transit, all packages are shipped with insurance.
• If Your Piece Arrives Broken: I cannot personally issue refunds or replace items broken by the shipping carrier. My pieces are one-of-a-kind, and I simply cannot reproduce a broken item on demand. Your Next Step: If your pottery arrives damaged, you will need to file an insurance claim directly with the shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, etc.) to receive compensation. Please follow these steps immediately: Do not discard the box or any packaging materials. Take clear photos of the damaged item(s) and the exterior and interior of the box. Contact me immediately! I will provide you with all the necessary tracking and receipt information you need to file your claim.
